Faulty or Defective Products
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, we will happily provide a solution.

Refund or Replacement: If your product is verified as faulty or defective, you have the option to receive a full refund to your original payment method, or a replacement product at no additional cost.
How to Report a Faulty Product
If you believe your product is faulty or defective, you must contact our Customer Service team within 30 DAYS of receiving your order.
You will need to provide the following information:

Once we verify the fault, we will process your requested refund or ship your replacement item.
Important Note: This policy covers products that are genuinely faulty or defective. The product must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent secure packaging) and must not show signs of damage resulting from customer misuse, wear and tear, or accidental breakage. Refunds will not be issued for non-defective items.
